Ordered a combo here at the A&W on Bell Blvd, across the street from the Quinte Mall, a little after 3:30PM yesterday. Had a nice young lady who was busy cleaning-up move in to take my order since the cashier was MIA for over 5min. Had no problem ordering. Then an older women took over (the missing cashier) and ruined an otherwise pleasant experience. Her attitude just stank. She was condescending to me when I asked her a simple question and I did not appreciate the tone in which she spoke to me. Needless to say, I won't be coming back to this A&W because of her. I've always had a lot of tolerance for unpleasant cashiers in minimum wage jobs when they were being paid slave wages, but we're all making $14 an hour now and I expect a little better. So, if this lady can't muster the strength to be polite to customers while she's on the clock, you (franchise owner) have a problem on your hands.
