It was a rough start to our visit but the magnificent menu delivered as always! The Cora’s chain is one of our family favourites and, as we don’t have a franchise in our home town, breakfast at Cora’s is always a wonderful treat. We arrived and were excited to be the only patrons waiting to be seated as lines at peak times can be HORRENDOUS *food is totally worth it*. We were quickly discouraged when not one, not two but FIVE different staff members walked past without acknowledging us. We realize they were busy and their job description did not include seating us but a friendly “Hello” may have helped us feel welcome. The hostess was very grouchy when she did emerge to seat us (after an audible argument with her co-hostess regarding who would stop whatever prep task they were completing to seat us). Once seated our experience turned around very quickly! Our waitress was lovely and accommodating; anticipating needs like additional napkins and water refills. The menu that we already thoroughly love surprised us pleasantly today with some fantastic additions. As always the food was AMAZING and the presentation beautiful. We will ALWAYS return to Cora’s, as we LOVE the food, but probably a different location in the future :)

This visit we had fast service, which was great given that we had children with us. Food was good. The waitress forgot to ask if my friend and I were spitting the bill and just brought one. At the cash they couldn't fix it, only could spilt it down the middle. So my friend ended up paying for part of my children and my meals.

It's on the pricey side but it's such a great treat every now and then! There's something on the menu for everyone. The coffee is excellent!! The servers are always fantastic too. It's worth the little extra $$ to #treatyoself every once in a while. :-)

Food is expensive, portions have shrunk and I don't feel this place is really worth going to anymore! Most items are around $15. My daughter and I have always gotten the strawberry waffle which had fresh strawberries on top. Now they have cheaped out and puree the strawberries and pour it over the waffle with a few cut up ones! Gross makes the waffle soggy! So disappointed in this place now. Used to be my kids favorite weekend spot.
