My husband and I have been driving past this place for years but now that we’re moving to town we wanted to start checking out the local restaurants. 1812 was one of the first we’ve gone to and are so happy we did. The ribs are to die for and are so delicious, and I highly recommend the wings as well - they’re smoked and grilled and never deep fried. But by going here not only are you going to enjoy some of the best southern cuisine you’ve ever had, but the atmosphere and the staff and management team are so welcoming and engaging that you forget that you’re not at home or your best friends house. If you’ve never gone here you have to give it a try.

Great place. I actually ate here about 10 years ago now it must be, and I forgot the name of the restaurant. I just found it again and had to go. Of course it's not very similar to the last time I was here but still enjoyed it immensely, the food was great and the service was quite friendly.

This place has the potential to be a great place. Awesome architecture... Log construction. But the axiom...location location location hurts the attendance. At least 5 operators have tried to make it go. The food has been good but the location on hwy 27 really in the middle of no where is hard to overcome. It's too bad really. Sometimes the food has been inconsistent with the various operators.

Very friendly staff, good place to take a break and eat wings. Huge size wings and very good sizes. Manager very friendly and helpful. We liked the back patio and water fountain. I hope they will expand it and add more tables and greenery.

Our evening at the grill house was hilarious. The food wasn't too bad I had the best dish which was the chicken and waffles. The music was absolutely fabulous. The waitress. I was told if you can't say nothing nice don't say it at all. But she did try hard and she was very pleasant just extremely lost
