I ordered 2 plain mcdoubles, both with ***2*** extra slices of cheese. The employee "Hailey" only entered 1 extra slice per burger. This puts my 3:2 ratio off, which I find makes it taste weird. Anyway, I politely informed her that I did in fact ask for 2 cheese slices per burger, in which she told me "well it was only typed in as 1" and went on to the next customer. I asked again after that customer if she could have them add the cheese, where she replied "I can't because it costs extra". I tried to reason asking if I could just pay for two cheese slices. She stared at me for a few seconds before ignoring me and helping the next customer. I interrupted her, as I was getting annoyed, and I knew my order would be harder to correct once it came from the kitchen. I asked her if I could speak to a manager, to which she just went over to the person wrapping the burgers, and told them to add an extra cheese slice to avoid getting the manager involved. May I add, her sour facial expression made it very clear she despised being there. I believe Hailey needs to work on her customer service skills, maybe she's not fit to be on counter.

This is not fast food. Takes forever for dine in or drive thru. They also forget to give you all the food you've paid for.

Its McDonald's. Service and food was good.

Ordered 2 ice cream cones at drivethrough and the girl delivered half melted cones, and they would equal only 1 scoop of a regular ice cream cone. When we commented, supervisor came out and asked if we wanted our money back rather than replace it with a better quality product.
