They advertise “hot and ready” yet even when you order a “classic pepperoni” they are never ready (at Bracebridge location) and then when you do finally get it they’re way too hot to eat. The pizza isn’t that great. I only go for the convenience when I have a carload full of children who want dinner fast. We always have to wait tho. I won’t bother anymore 🙄

This place has absolutely horrible customer service and the staff are threated even worse by the manager.
