I been going to this place for a very long time, I’m very familiar with the staff and owner. I usually order a classic, I spend 30/40 every visit few times a week. my last 5-6 visits always have resulted in expired or microwaved rice... there is no issues with the fries or chicken.. the rice is always hardened thus the rice is stored for days and microwaved. Today, it felt like I was eating rocks with chicken. I complained to the store owner and he brought me a brand new batch of rice which WAS EVEN WORSE the one before. No wonder my nephews were complianing about stomach aches, those hard rock rice are just a way to save money on the cost of customer satisfaction and health. I spent hundreds of dollars here through the course of the years, I complained to the waitress about the second batch and demanded the owner again and HE LEFT AND Ignored on purpose. Take a look at the rock hard rice below

Found this place while visiting a friend in the neighborhood. I have been to the Scarborough location and loved it so that's why I stopped in. Food tastes pretty good but some food came to us cold and we had to send it back, our chicken was a bit burnt but tasted alright. The glassware needed to be returned as well as it looked used. Caught a bit of attitude from the server but gave them a bit of our own attitude when we had to wait until nearly the end of our meal to get our bread. Needs a bit of work but they can improve...will give it another try in a couple months when I'm back this way...

The wait time is atrocious. Twice now I and other customers (deciphered through disgruntled banter) have experienced wait times in excess of 40-45 mins when told food would be ready in 15 min. This is not professional and a pretty terrible way to ensure a sale.

Good food. Service is not consistent. Went this evening at 7:30 for some takeout and they weren't busy (one person in line, 3 tables of people. Ordered a chicken salad, wedges, chippers and a chicken sandwich.... I waited for 40 min. No explanation or apology.

Chicken was very good and looks like it can get quite spicy if you like. We didn't realize you have to order first and then sit down. They do bring out your meals when ready though.
