Based on the meal we had last night, I would not return to this location. The service was very slow, the waitress did explain that there were "Problems in the back" and apologized for being late in getting to us to take our orders. Food was slow coming out. Ribs and Chicken were both overcooked and dry. My Caesar salad had slimey bits of lettuce in it which I picked out. The chicken pot pie was just average. Overall disappointed with our experience at this Swiss Chalet.

Ordered my mother a special dinner as she LOVES swiss chalet's dark meat and received white meat. She was upset, I felt bad but what ever, I was willing to call and fix the mistake.... BUT by the time we received our order they were already closed. Both fries and the stuffed garlic bread entree/appetizer/side dish were soggy and the bread was drenched in garlic sauce to the point where I would not even feed it to my dog or even vermin in an alley. Very disappointed.

Ordered 2 quarter chicken dinners. The leg of one ďinner looked like an 1/8th vs 1/4 and the white meat dinner had all the skin missing. I'm guessing that someone needs a refresher in cutting up the chickens. Otherwise, it's Swiss Chalet; reliable, and tasty

They have a delicious veggie burger, one of the best I have had. The service is quick and friendly. Also, the seating is very comfortable. Affordable pricing, clean and a relaxing atmosphere.

Ordered dinner, a garden salad and a large fries for me and a chicken ceaser salad for the boyfriend. My salad had to be sent back because the lettuce and tomato was wilting. They covered up the salad with more shredded cabbage, carrots witch it had none in the first place and cucumbers, again witch it had none of. And they put the same tomato back on. Boyfriends salad was supposed to have dark meat. But it seems more white meat then dark. The meal came fast but it's like they were not doing a proper quality check before sending it out. Fries were lukewarm and inattentive waitress when it came to drinks. And before anyone says about a busy waitress there was hardly anyone in the restaurant
