The chef went out of their way to make us a BEAUTIFUL vegan meal. It was like art work. Very fancy. Very high end looking. Almost comically small tho. They put a tiny portion on a massive plate, and charged us $23. I mean, very artful, but, I was not full. The guy next to me ordered the fish - he had more carrots as a garnish than I did food on my whole plate (literally).

Couldn’t be more happy with food and service. I wasn’t sure what to think but the food was unbelievable and the serving staff was amazingly helpful!! I honestly don’t know how there is even one bad review on this place! However i suppose all are welcome to their opinion! However maybe just caught them on a bad shift (we all have our days!) My family from England is coming down in a few weeks and we will for sure be making sure they come here with us!! Give them a visit!! I’m sure you won’t be disappointed !! Keep up the good work!!

I went to see what this place was like as it is under new management. I was impressed with the ambiance and personal service I received. The new menu was fantastic and whilst my friend had the Aussie burger which was excellent, I had the butter chicken flat bread which was truly sensational. Clearly the new management has shaken up both the menu and the service. I would recommend this highly and certainly think it offers some of the best views of the lake in the downtown area whilst also having great food and a relaxed atmosphere. Definitely somewhere you could go any night of the week for a great meal and good drinks. My recommendation is to try the house beer!

Like a previous reviewer stated, great food, exceptional waitress, Daniella, but the wait for our entree was ridiculous. Fortunately we gave ourselves close to three hours to get to a show later in the evening. When we arrived there were only two other people dining. During our wait for dinner the place had filled up full with many parties having eaten and left while we sat there buying drinks, waiting and waiting. The manager that took our reservation over the phone asked if it was a special occasion and we told him we were celebrating our parents 62nd. Anniversary, there were six of us. Nothing came of that either as Daniella wasn't made aware of it. Not that we had planned anything but the manager asked us, it wasn't us telling him and wanting to get something. Everyone enjoyed the food when it arrived but the wait really put us off returning to this restaurant. Daniella came back a few times to tell us our food would be here soon but all that did was put her in a bad situation. She was amazing considering it wasn't her fault at all. Management needs to learn how to run a good business because they've lost ours and probably others too.

So happy to see that the new management is focusing on such a positive customer experience! Service was quick & friendly, and the food was amazing! Can’t wait to go back!
