Take a close look at the promotional pictures; the food is fresh, colourful, and looks tasty. The prices are a bit high, but for that quality it’s worth it. Unfortunately, what I’ve received there was the polar opposite both times I’ve tried it. The fries were limp and dry, the toppings had clearly been frozen and defrosted in the microwave to order. Wouldn’t recommend this place, and it’s hard to believe the positive reviews

Arrived after their posted opening time on Sunday for lunch. No one was there, no one answered the phone. Safe bet that whoever had the opening shift was too hung over to bother showing up for work. I spent my money elsewhere. The couple of times they have bothered being open when I visited were pretty good.

Pricey, but good stuff. Open late on weekends until 4am, which is perfect for a late night food run or after bar grub. Definitely hit this place up way more than I should.

Just ordering a hot dog took 20 minutes. The guy keeps talking and doesn't do anything for work. This is now the third time that this happened on a Sunday. No point of going in there to grab food when your lunch break is done before even get your food. Wasn't like this before.

Long wait for nothing. I've seen that in the reviews before going there but I still did 45 min drive to try it. We waited 30 min for 2 classic poutines and a hot dog. There was only 1 employee plus one trainee. The owners came and did not even help them even tho there was more than 10 people waiting for their order. Will not return even if the poutine tastes a lot like Quebec poutine.
