Very disappointing customer service, arrived to the restaurant at 7:50pm and was the only two people in the restaurant. Upon sitting down the server began counting money from the till and the music was shut off. We had ordered two things off the menu, all we could hear is her having a loud conversation with the kitchen. After 15 minutes of waiting for our food we overheard her yell "That's not the right order!" she did not even come to us to let us know of this. At 8:25 we were fed up and asked for our food to go. I did not leave a tip as this was terrible customer service and there was no apology for making us wait for almost 40 minutes for our food. She then went back to the kitchen and yelled "The food is taking too long and she left us no tip!" Extremely unprofessional... I will definitely not be recommending this place nor will I come again.

I ordered Siam Dish via Skip the Dishes and placed an order for pineapple curry, pad thai and jasmine rice. As it was my first order with Siam Dish, i had never had the pineapple curry before and didnt realize it came with additional veggies - specifically tomatoes, which i do not care for. So I called the store to inquire and they couldnt have been nicer! They sent out a customized order immediately and were extremely friendly. 5 star customer service! My husband loved his pad thai and i throughly enjoyed my curry!

We go here once a week at least usually stick to the curries and the fish dishes. Excellent food and based on the few months we we located in Thailand the curries are reasonably close in taste to what you get there. Service is great too I currently have braces so they always cut all the vegetables into tiny pieces for me before making the curry.

Tried the pineapple fried rice. No tasteļ¼Œ very little pineapple. Rice are not stirred fry well. The vegetables dish, the veggie is warm at outside and cold at inside, again no taste. No flavor like Thai food.
