Good menu selection. Service was fine. The lunch crowd was a little noisy. Perhaps some sound dampening acoustic boards could be hung from the ceiling? Decent parking. A little awkward parking lot. Mobility friendly.

Decent food, clean and predictable decor. If they would be consistent with their steak, I'd be happier. I always request medium, and have gotten everything from rare through well done. (The well done steak was actually edible, to their credit. Just not what I asked for.)

Wings are good. And half price on Thursdays The beer is nice and cold. but it is very noisy in the bar area. But still go there a few times a month. I recommend it for wings and beers as for the other food they serve haven't really tried much but it looks good.

Took nearly 30 minutes to order as they put us in a closed dining room and forgot about us. After 20 minutes they came to put us in bar area where we were given a new server since ours wanted to go home. Spinach dip was good but had been sitting for a little while. Server seemed to be split between 3 tables. 2 tables of 2 people and a 3rd table of approx 15 people. Thus, we were not a priority and was very frustrating. Better management needs to be hired or servers should be held to higher standards.

I guess this goes without saying since I only gave it a one would i not recommend this restaurant to eat. One good thing was the beer was cold and was delivered quick. The food was a terrible experience. My boyfriend ordered chicken bites as a starter, they were over cooked and there was very little flavor. The presentation was bad because there were to few in the serving to fill a small bowl.... You had to look down into the bowl to see the chicken. I ordered chicken tenders with mashed potatoes. I asked for the chicken to be tossed in the sauce, they weren't. The waitress didn't come back to ask if we were satisfied. We flagged another to get our waitress, she immediately took the chicken back but they came out cold. The mashed potatoes were dry and a hard lump in the bowl. The pasta dish was just warm. We each had one beer, just one appetizer, chicken tenders and a pasta dish and our bill was 75.00. What a waste of money. Kelsey's, you can and should do a much better job. Our meal was a fail.
