This McDonalds used to be one of the slowest I had even been to. Something has changed in the past while and they have fixed at least a good portion of their issues. At peak times I no longer take 20 minutes to get through the drive through, it is closer to 3. (Times without a line up in front of me). Good Job to your team for speeding everything up!

Consistent in term of food quality and service but there are too many order errors. Better training seems to be in order at this location. Hint: Train the young men better and supervise their work. Haven't had any order issues with ladies taking our orders. They seem to be more concerned with order accuracy than their male counterparts.

The absolute slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Start to finish at the drive through you’re looking at 15-20 minutes some times. Once I had to pull a head and wait. There were so many cars waiting that I had to circle instead of park. Edit: they got an ordering kiosk. It doesn’t even work.

They have to work on the speed it's way to slow for a fast food restaurant. But the staff are nice and respectful the washroom very clean so please work on the fast services

Poor service, very slow, got my order wrong in the drive thru. I asked to talk to a manager to hopefully get my order right and talked to a young lady with blondish curled hair in a ponytail (I didn't get her name as I did not see a name tag). She disregarded what I said and refused to comp my meal or refund me at all. I asked for coupons or something to compensate for the poor service and was again disregarded. They at least fixed my meal but the manager gave me my food and closed the window without even an apology. Would not recommend this McDonald's and definitely won't be returning.
