Been going here for over 50 years. Still love their food. Their egg rolls are my favourite. #13 is my favourite combo.

Anyone that grew up in Cambridge knows all there is about this place. They know it has hands down the best take out Chinese you can find but they also know better than to eat inside the restaurant. No other restaurant has endured decades of ups and downs like Georges. Between the rumours and praise this place has seen you have to give them credit for sticking around. Don’t ever change! 18 for 1 !!!

Simply put Georges exists solely on its history, Its having been existed in the same area for so long has built up a loyalty that is fat and away no longer deserved. It may have once been a fine resteraunt with fair prices but that is long since past and its current state is embarrassing. Their website reflects out of date pricing that they refuse to update despite repeatedly notifying them they are at best misleading their customers and at worst down right conducting unethical business. They have such poor quality control that on several occasions I find myself having arrived home and opening a bag that has been sealed shut to discover I'm missing part of my order. They are quick to throw an egg roll your way for the trouble but how many people don't call back because they can't be hassled? Now all of this could be overlooked and pardoned, if they weren't already overcharging for such small portions. They are not in a position to compromise on basic standards when they are already the highest priced Chinese food in town and yet I can't find any reason to consider them above any other resteraunt. George's is no longer what it used to be and they don't deserve the slack they've been cut anymore

Not too satisfied with this place. The food arrived with the bag dripping and leaking. We ordered the dinner for 4 with general tsao chicken. The chop sueywas was very soggy not crunchy, the chicken dishes were dry and the rice was tasteless. We paid $80 for this and it barely fed the three of us including one kid. Not impressed at all. New to the area and was highly recommended to try this place. Poor value for mediocre food. I won't be ordering again. Oh, and for some reason they don't take debit. Only credit card and cash.
