Wow! Simply delicious! Can we rate a place 6 out of 5 stars? The Napa Grille and Wine Den is highly deserving of that rare above and beyond recognition. From the zestiest of French onion soups to scrumptious Arugula and Pear salad right through to entres which leave you salivating for more and a grand finish of a chocolate (who cares what it's called) dessert this place is a complete gastronomical delight. Set in a unique building on the Grand River the ambiance and the food pair with each other splendidly. Throw in a streamlined yet robust wine list and it's hats off to a Great evening out! Thanks Napa...

I made a dinner reservation for Valentine's Day. When we arrived I found out the it was a set course for $55 but it was not mentioned to me when I made the reservation. After few minutes they offered a kids menu to my son and no apology. My daughter ordered a well done tenderloin steak but it was pink inside. She was shy so did not want to complaint. I mentioned it to our server and he said that we could order another one but since it was already late at night we refused. He came back with an offer of 10% discount on her meal. To me this was a joke! I am not kind of person to give someone a hard time to we paid the $225 bill and left. The quality of food, was very good and tasty. One of the best tenderloin I ever had! This makes it hard to rate them since food was very good but not the service.

Atmosphere was nice and value was fair. Service can be better. Not particularly busy when we were there and we had one food order not arrive and 3 meals were either incorrect or not cooked as ordered. Food was reordered without issue and one of us were comped for their mistakes. Food was good when it came out. Overall good food for fair value but you may have to flag the server for water refills and you may have to reorder your food.

Venue 3.5🌟 room was very nice, place looked clean, beautiful building, downgraded due to the loud screeching being made by what I could only assume was the air conditioner, otherwise they may be keeping goats in the restaurant. Staff/service 2🌟 both the waiter and waitress for our group were very apologetic of the food issues, however neither was on top of our drinks as a group, or what people had actually ordered. The waitress claimed to be the owner of Napa Grille & Wine Den, yet had no idea how to serve, personally that was weird. They did apparently remove some of the charges for some of the next issues. Menu/Food 1🌟 We had a special menu for the group. 3 salads, 1 soup, 4 entrees, 3 desserts, lots of choices for our group but poorly executed, items not described properly. 5 people in our group had to send their food back multiple times because their food WASNT COOKED properly. 2 people in our group didnt eat as theyd already sent their uncooked meat back multiple times and it was too frustrating to deal with, i think they waived 3 meals from our big group, but there were at least 6 people that sent food back, some got sent back 3-4 times. Now, lets be clear, they were all people who had said they wanted their steak WELL DONE and got bloody raw steak. The only thing that was good was my ceasar salad, which how can that be screwed up.
