I was wondering if there was even a point leaving a review as most people here had similar bad experiences as I had but why not. Yes, the staff is VERY RUDE! Especially the shorter larger woman who wears blue looking contacts. They are all very chintzy on the quantity you get and make a big stink if you ask them for extra sauce or even napkins. There lettuce usually looks brown and has mostly core parts, the tomatoes are usually horrible and they include the top and core parts of it that people normally throw away probably to "save on costs"... God forbid you ask them for better slices of it, the lady with the contacts will flat out fight with you lol. Honestly don't know how these people are still in business, absolutely revolting. I was so happy when another greek place opened up in the royal bank plaza on hespeler rd opened up, way better quality and portions are more generous, better yet not owned by these unprofessional rude people. With all the damage these people have done to the "Jimmy the Greek" franchise name and reputation with bad reviews and loss of business, anyone who buys this business from these people have to be insane because it has become a burning hole. Here is a concept and lesson for the owner of this place, if you want to increase business you don't treat people like garbage and decrease the quality/portions of your meals, you need to first change all staff to friendly people who aren't ignorant, bring the quality and portions back to normal and value each customer you get though it may already be too late for that. DISAPPOINTED and will never be back, ever.

One of my favourite places to eat. We go here about every 2 weeks. Healthy tasty home cooked style meal. Lots to eat. Wish there were places like this closer by. I live north of Guelph to come here.

Amazingly rude staff. It's amazing that these people think it's okay to act this way. It's to the point where only East Indian women come to just talk to the staff because they're the only people they're nice too. I used to come everyday until these staff came in.

Very poor customer service. Rude servers. They should be checked by Ministry of Health for the way they prepare and cook the meat. Inconsistent, if not burnt, raw with blood on their roast chicken and if you inform them, they'll get mad! Addt'l info...we saw that when they closed, they just left the add ons for the salad, "slightly covered" overnight. So when the lights off in the mall, who knows what kinds of insects crawl inside, that will cause gastro.problems to customers. Never will we eat here ever again!!!
