Brought my daughter from small town Northern Ontario. When we are in the city we always try something different we can't get at home. She's adventurous but difficult to please (like mom). The food was excellent, she loved the different flavours and was very impressed. The service was great, the waitress was very patient and helpful in choosing a meal a young girl would like. They definitely take pride in making delicious meals, the cook came out to see that we were enjoying the food. You won't be disappointed.

Well I cannot comment on the food as I did not get the chance to taste it. However I can share my experience when I was there. My family 3 of us waited for the table. Waitress approached and offered tall chairs and table near the bar. I have mobility issue so couldn’t accept that one. I explained her my inability and even suggested her I can wait. She just shrugged her shoulders and said no. Her issue was she cannot allow 3 of us to sit in the table(not the tall ones) that can accommodate 6 people. So we have to leave. If you’re like me, I would suggest to book the table of your choice in advance to avoid any disappointment.

I regularly get take out for my family at this restaurant and it is delicious. About 2 months ago, in lieu of $10 change that they owed me, the manager asked if I would take two $5 coupons instead. Since I am a regular, why not. It's as good as the cash isn't it? Today I tried to redeem one of the coupons and I was told that they do not honour coupons anymore. They just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. Nice way to treat and keep a loyal customer, cheating them out of $10. I invite Saffron to reach out to me and do the right thing and honour coupons that were given out by them and accepted in good faith.

Excellent service. The food portion was good not too little nor too much. Dinning is very classy. Amazing customer service. If you are looking for classy dinning with Indian food I would recommend it.

Naan was burned. Too much colouring in butter chicken. Says authentic Indian cuisine but it’s no where near. Sauce seems out of a can. Chicken pieces were tender. The Caucasian waitress is so rude. Like she is doing us a favour. If you wanted to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine, try Grain of Salt next door. Stay away from this motel cooked food. It’s for motel customers!
