We showed up around 7, maybe closing time. They welcomed us, the fish and chips was a great size and the price reasonable.

Excellent food at great prices and very friendly staff

Over the past couple of years the amount and quality of the food seems to have diminished in direct proportion to the increase in the price of a meal. We used to enjoy a very good meal at an affordable price. However, when the restaurant is out of the pie offered on the menu as part of a meal, yet charges you for an alternate pie, it's time to move on to another location for our dinners.
