Poor management which results in inadequately trained staff, inferior service and low quality food. Too bad as I really like Swiss Chalet but this franchise is poorly run.

Small little place, the service was quick and the food was good. Definitely good in that area where everything is pretty expensive. Looks a bit old, but gives it a charm of an older restaurant.

Quiet place, very good staff. Food as expected, which is one reason we like going to Swiss Chalet. Hi sodium food goes great with beer.

Not sure why I keep going back to this location. Customer service isn’t bad, but it could(should) be better. Twice now the chicken at our table, let me start by saying it was fully cooked; but it just wasn’t consistent with they flavour of the other Swiss chalets that I’ve been to (I’m often at either the Dufferin mall location or The Queensway location). It’s also difficult to find parking

This is probably the worst Swiss Chalet I have ever been to. They can barely make the basic quarter chicken and fries, and if you order a different entree or side, good luck. There are many better restaurants nearby, do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.
