Best Rose ever, however we did a group dinner and the chef tried a little too hard, beet meringue in the salad, smoked salmon skin on crispy baguettes and other food combos looked pretty but did not taste good. It probably would have been better in the restaurant if I could have chosen different courses.

Very poor service. They advertise a Nutcracker menu but seem surprised when you arrive pre or post show. The menu for that isn't great. I've eaten there 4 times because I enjoyed the food. However the last time we waited over an hour for our food...at 3 in the afternoon. It was impossible to flag down a server. The restaurant was not full and there were 5 staff running around but not really serving. It was very disappointing. Although the food is good I won't be going back. The poor service ruins the meal.

I Haven't enjoyed a breakfast like this in a very long time. Breakfast included with the room was only the cold stuff, paid extra $5 for access of all the buffet. Atmosphere is great. Will definitely eat there again when in Toronto.

Definitely appreciated the wonderful customer service produced by James. Very easy going and so simple to the point where it was a pleasure having him as our waiter! Ordered the bruschetta and it was fabulous, will be back for sure!

Excellent food and impeccable service. I ordered the maple-glazed chicken and it was absolutely delicious. The chef clearly put a lot of time in creating his dish as all the flavours were in absolute harmony, and I don't say this lightly, this is a very hard task to accomplish. Everything tasted like it belonged there: the sweetness of the maple glaze on the chicken was beautifully balanced with pepper flavours from perfectly blanched kale, a carefully-chosen mushroom species, and wilted cabbage. Furthermore, the execution was great; the chicken was tender and juicy and the vegetables are wilted to an ideal amount of crunchiness. To top it all off, my waiter and all service staff were courteous and exceptionally welcoming. The only thing I would change is the layout of the restaurant, ideally it would be completely secluded from the lobby and have a lower ceiling to give a more intimate feeling, but this wasn't terribly distracting, ad the food and the service were so good, I wouldn't hesitate to give it 5stars. Finally, yes this is more expensive than the average restaurant, you won't get a meal for under $20, however you are paying for quality that is miles higher than your average restaurant.
