TL;DR - awful experience. Everything was fine except for the service. I ordered a burger and asked for "yam" fries instead of using the term sweet potato (they're the exact same thing and I've never had an issue calling them that at any other a&w). I cashier must've not understood the term, and I got regular fries instead. When I complained it wasn't my order, it was obvious she just ignored the word she didn't understand and punched in fries. There was a bit of a back and forth of the girl saying that's was I said to her, but I had to insist I didn't. Honestly if she just responded with a "pardon me?" Or said she didn't know what the word yam means, I wouldn't have an issue. My fries were replaced without an apology and some glaring on her part. I think her name was Sandeep? But I couldn't be sure. Either way, poor experience

The woman on cash was super friendly and helpful. Good burgers, clean restaraunt & late hours. One of the better post pub activities. (Although post pub, through no fault of their own, the crowd can be a bit sad and weird. That's the nature of 2am fast food)

The staff were rude and unhelpful. I had coupons to be used and the cashier made an error on her end when punching the order in. Long story short, the problem was not rectified. Food quality is what you would assume. Nothing special for breakfast.

The staff made an error on my order and didn’t fix it after. They wanted to charge me extra when I had coupons and they were clearly in the wrong. Service was terrible. I also noticed one of the women working in the kitchen on her phone and then handling the food without gloves.. EW! I will never come back to this location.
