Great place in Chinatown to dine. Sometimes you may have to share your table with another group of people. Delicious fresh food doesn't taste like it was frozen. Good price, and service is quick even when they are super busy. Good selection. Most staff English isn't great though.

Having lived in the area, I loved coming here for an authentic, Cantonese style meal. It’s affordable for the portions served here. I was had only $5 cash on me and was still able to be pleasantly full just before my shift work back then. Only possible down side yet expected in Chinatown is that it’s Cash only.

This place on Spadina Avenue north of Dundas, west side, was absolutely hopping on a mid afternoon. We were at the home show and went for a snack but ended up having enough great Cantonese food to forego dinner later on. It was an interesting mix of Chinese locals and "old school" Canadians like myself. My wife is Chinese and has excellent knowledge of the many varieties of Chinese food. I felt the food was excellent and she agreed. We both felt for the wait staff who were run off their feet and thus didn't have much time to chit chat. The customers were super friendly and we had nice conversations with two couples. One of them was Canadian whose daughter was teaching in China; the other, was Chinese Canadian from the mainland China in the north so Cantonese food was not the norm for them either. Recommended for a hearty lunch or snack.

Super nice staff, excellent service. Food is always so delicious!! Absolutely my favourite restaurant in Chinatown. My bf and I have been there many times, and they never let us down.

I specifically came here for the duck because it's hard to find a Chinese BBQ place downtown. Although I did find that it was somewhat more expensive compared to places uptown, it is understandable since the rent for downtown locations are higher. We also ordered 2 other dishes: mixed vegetables and roasted pork with rice. It was very filling and delicious.
