OMG! Best time ever! From the moment I walked through the door! I have been partaking in Jack Astor's food and drink for over 15 years..this, was the best location, by far! The bright smiling faces of the hostesses and waitress set the tone and infused our afternoon anticipation of eating an abundance of delicious satisfying meals and the promise of thirst quenching drinks. The Hostess and waitresses were remarkable! Manager is dynamite also! Two Thumbs up! Shout out to "Shy", you are now my Son's favorite waitress in the world! He says you are FUN! Thank you so much to all of you!

One of the better Jack Astor’s locations. Our server, Jess, was very helpful and attentive when I was overwhelmed with all fishbowls on the drink menu. She was patient and always checked up on us to ensure we liked our orders. Drinks were refreshing and unique. Nothing to complain about.

Tried heading out a nice evening on the patio to enjoy a drink and some time with my partner. The service was completely unacceptable. We never got napkins or utensils for the duration of our stay. We only got spoons for our dessert, the waitress did not check back with us once we got our drinks and food yet was consistently checking in with the tables around us. We wanted some water after having such sweet desserts but nobody came by, the place wasn't even that busy. Would not recommend, go to Moxxies or East Sides instead. Avoid this place like the plague.

The summer atmosphere is great. Heated patio, outdoor seated gas fireplace, the fishbowl margaritas, just a great atmosphere fair of individuals who love their job and treat you well. Today was drink and appetizers. Loved the lobster and crab dip

Had mothers day dinner here and I wasn't happy with the service. Firstly the fajitas servings has totally shrunk. There were 8 pieces of chicken in the dish and I had four tortilla shells. All for the grand price of $22.. I wasn't given a plate or any sauce. The server never came and checked on us, so I couldn't ask for sauce. Also as i was almost done swallowing this dried dish, I found a strand of hair in it that wasn't mine. I used to love the location. But the menu and quality of food has gone down. Thankfully I had a gift card.
