Came here for lunch during the week. Waitress was very quick and we didn’t have to wait long for our food. By the time our salad was done our entrees were served. We were here around 11:30 and didn’t get to see how busy they get during lunch rush. But will definitely come back here again.

This place is alright. The meal tasted pretty fresh and came hot. The interior could use a update as most of the booths are torn and worn and it looks to me like the place has not updated since the day the business opened.. Good for a party of 2. Decent sized portions tho my spegeti came looking like it sat for a short time before the sauce was applied.

My boyfriend and I came here last week and the food was as good as it normally is. Though sometimes they get my order wrong, our waitress ensured it was correct. We were sitting on the bar side and were the only customers at the time which we assumed would be a bad choice as service may be delayed but she tried her best to check up on us as often as she could.

The food is generally reliable, but this location is chronically understaffed. There were two recent occasions when there was only one person working in the kitchen, no bartender on duty and only three servers. This equals long wait times to get seated, have your drink orders taken and never mind getting your food, it took us well over an hour one night. The stress was evident on the server's face both times. These problems have also occurred in the past when we've been there, so perhaps ESM corporate needs to consider a change of management. Something is clearly not working here, and for my part, I doubt I'll be returning.

I came here for dinner after a long day at work to find that this place is infested with dust!!!! I'm highly allergic to dust so I couldn't even enjoy my bread! Then I look up at the chandler to find that it is completely covered in dust! It's disgusting. Will never go but! It's very unsanitary! BEWARE!
