Disclaimer: For those that have a food allergy, I'm well aware of their own responsibility to be safe and take care of themselves when eating out. A restaurant that actively cooks with nuts may want to be a little more clear that they do so, however. Took my fiance to Classic Indian a couple months back. She has a severe nut allergy. Long story short, one bite into her buffet plate and we were storming out the restaurant to the emergency room. When she was safe and being taken care of at the hospital, I decided to give Classic Indian a phone call. The woman that I presume is the owner picked up. I first decided to apologize for leaving the restaurant immediately after taking two plates from her buffet and wasting her food, but also explained the situation and that my fiance had an allergic reaction in her restaurant. I then tried to kindly recommend that she is more clear about what food items have nuts in them (nothing is marked). Instead, she preferred to argue that there are no nuts in the food, just cashews... (???). She was very unapologetic and more willing to argue with me. When she finally did say "I'm sorry", it was quickly followed by "hello welcome to the restaurant" (a customer must have just arrived) and then she hung up... I will not return to her restaurant after being treated this way. I am extremely disappointed. Be sure to avoid at all costs if you have a food allergy, especially to any nuts.

Absolutely the best Indian restaurant in the tri-cities. Always fresh, and lots of variety. The most options for vegan-friendly eats in town. Super accommodating with dietary restrictions. Authentic, delicious, my favourite place to eat.

Always delicious - menu, buffet, take-out are all awesome. If you like Indian, you'll like this place. :)

Food is great, but SERVICE is very POOR!!!! Honestly agree with the user's comment below. I order online around 6:36pm for pick up, after ordering and wasting my time 25 min into it! i did not get a call from the damn place confirming if my order went through or not! So of course, like any of us would do! I gave them a call around 7 checking to see if they had my order online that i submitted. To be told that it takes them 30-45 minutes just to cook my order! I did not order much at all! AGAIN! WASTED 1 HR & 30 MINUTES waiting. I drove there, and gave them one hell of a mouth full. Definitely WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN. Maybe they should just close down the ORDER ONLINE application! Base on their poor CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS TO ANYONE! by the way, it's a WASTE OF MONEY, they are very cheap, the butter chicken and rice comes in very small portions size, barely enough to feed a family of 3! Don't Say I didn't warn ya!

Home made food served in a buffet. The owners are genuinely nice people, and they always go out of their way to please. Plenty of vegetarian options.
