Family dinner for my birthday. They refused to cook their vegan burger because it was only on the lunch menu. It took me three times to order my meal because they were out of food. The excuse the waitress gave was the local high school opened their time capsule so everyone ate there before (or after?) The waitress was the definition of faking nice. I'm in customer service. It was annoying. Entirely disappointed.

Great food and service every time we go. Kids love it also. And a great night out with friends to watch a game and have a pint with appetizers.

Food was typical bar food but it tasted fine. We were there with a group of about 27 so we expected to wait a while but they brought out the kids meals last which I thought was stupid not well thought out, 4 of the kids ordered grilled cheese and French fries and they came out last and piping hot so the kids couldn't even eat it. From my normal experience and common sense I would say bring out kids food first so it can cool by the time everyone else's food comes and especially when the kids order a grilled cheese that take 30 seconds to make.

Ordered a greek salad along with my meal, what came was a tiny slimy salad in a plastic kiddy bowl.... when asked why it was so small, they said it was a side order when they charged us full price ($11) for a large one. I came here a year ago and got the same salad and it was WAY larger and actually came on a plate and not a tiny coloured plastic bowl. Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service and the food, we decided to leave right away and they forced us to pay for the whole meal which we did not recieve. They said we could wait for our food but sorry I am pregnant and would not like to get sick from that nasty food which I know they definitely spit in, because they were rude to us from the very start. Went to another resteraunt and had an amazing experience so it was definitely worth leaving this crappy place:) now I can see why not many people come here, and its hilarous because there were so many cars in the parking lot, yet only two tables were occupied there (not including ours)... they all must be using their parking to go to the resteraunt next door! Lol
