Just went for a mothers day dinner. We ordered our food and it took over an hour for us to get it, they served multiple other tables who come in after us before we got our food. My daughter's meal was wrong and when it did finally come out, after we were done eating, the pasta it was undercooked. I ordered the butter chicken which I've had before here and it was good, this time it was just loaded with salt. Not a great experience. Would not go back. Things have been sliding here.

Our first time going was fantastic, everything went perfect, our waitress was the best and she just started 3 days prior. I had the steak and lobster, everything melted in my mouth.

Just moved to the area, was pretty excited about about trying Bittmores as everyone said how excellent it was.....unfortunately me and my two hungry kids sat there for 25 minutes without being served. Not even a drink order.... ended up walking out frustrated and disappointed.

Beer is cold, cheap and food is great. Staff is amazing, engaging and fun! Live music also a big draw, great bands!

Juliette (I believe that's how you spell her name) was awesome! So nice to see her back. I am, however, disppointed with the prices. $20 for a veggie try, seriously? I understand if you're serving veggies on a big platter (which we were expecting for that proce), but to have a dinner plate with celery, carrots, a few broccoli and cauliflower pieces....not ok. Might want to adjust that because your price point for portions is reaching a little too high! That dish cost you 2 large carrot, 1/8 broccoli head, 1/8 cauliflower head and 2 celery stalks..... Next round, Bittmore Burger, no bun with side Caesar. Salad was good.....no lemon, shame because that should be a kitchen automatic. Burger was horrible.....dryer than dry. Well, at least it got me to order another vodka to swallow it down! Funny, when they say don't kill a dead cow....well, ya did it! Service......still amazing! Drinks.....still cold! Back of the house needs work guys! Maybe hire an experienced expo for a bit. Will help with.....hopefully.
