Wow this was a horrible experience. First of all I was served spoiled coleslaw. Yes it was 100% bad. Unfortunately in an empty restaurant my server never bothered to do a table check. So when we had finished the meal I was able to bring it to her attention. At this time it was responded to a " oh really" and a chuckle. I stressed again it was bad and she said she'd tell the cook. After asking if we wanted anything else she returned with the bill when we responded no. There was no discount nor had any manger come to speak to us about the spoiled food we were served. After receiving the bill I asked the server to speak to the manager. She said "really?" I responded "yes you served us rancid food." She apparently left to get the manager. We waited several minutes in the empty restaurant and watched the staff standing around yet no manager had arrived at our table. I yelled over to the many staff standing by the kitchen asking if the manager was coming. I was told they were. The manager arrived and had no idea about the rotten food or any idea we asked for her. Again the restaurant was empty except for us and four patrons at the bar. Why didn't she know what was occurring in this empty restaurant? Her unawareness of what was occurring in a very empty restaurant is probably why it was so empty and why it should remain this way. Avoid this place at all costs. It's should be closed down because of the incompetency of the many staff.

The other negative reviews are an accurate. reflection of this establishment. I’ll be punctual. - Hostess was slow and out of tune with reality. without won’t get into details. - Tables were sticky. - Food was certainly overpriced. $16 for a 6oz burger with chips? $3 extra for fries??? Some artisan 8oz + burgers may be worth this but this was average or less. Something you would find at a low burger joint for $10 with fries and a drink. I can go on... $18 chicken wings? $14 Caesar? Food was good overall, but if your in the village I wouldn’t bother going here ever again.

Customer service is poor. Probably understaffed. Food was meh but twice price it should have been. Won't go back.

The prices were slightly expensive for what you get. The ceasar drink was $14 & edible roots burger was not as thick as expected, small puck size with a little dressing and goat cheese. Though tasty if not plentiful it was $15-17(? Can't remember). But that's to expect when going to the Village of Blue Mountain.

Nice food. 1star less for the over priced bill.. gratuity of nearly 20% is priced on the food price and tax is obvious. Food quality is nice. Staff is friendly and helpful..
