I went to the to your location at 6:50 pm I ordered papa double burger combo. First, The guy who was at the front was wearing his green airpods and when I ordered and paid for my food.I told him; Please I do not want my food to be touched with ham , or anything related to Pigs meat. He agreed and said he will tell the person inside. I waited and I was watching the person who's making my food. she weren't wearing gloves which is require to Serving Food by food safety, but that did not bother me. what bothered me that Lady has was making a chicken wrap and she held bacon with her hand then she put my burger on the grill which has bacon on the side, then she made my food. I waited on the side and i did not speak then the guy (airpod guy) came to me ask is can he help me. I will wait till you done with the line. he asked me again so I told the guy at the front that my food has been infected with bacon he was mad at me he said it is a fast food place we cook ham??? He said you want a refund I was shocked really because I told him first that I don't want any thing has pork touch my food. and he treat me as it is my fault. literary he grab my food right front of me and where he stand throw it away to the garbish bin at the far end of the computer system which is 5 feet a way. I did not do anything to desirve that anger from someone like that or he make a sence of me right front of the customer in that humiliation way. I did not want cause a problem with him and I left. really I do not know what to say after that. Thank you

Made a trip down here for Easter Sunday treat as the sign says they will be open on the Sunday ... But they are not. I have had a lot of good experiences here in the past so leaving this bad review is hard to do.
