Great atmosphere and lovely decorations on walls and the entire restaurant has a great vibe to it. Definitely try the Ethiopian coffee, it's an experience on its own. Not the best Ethiopian restaurant I've tried, comparing to one's in Toronto, but the flavours here are decent and an overall good experience of Ethiopian food. Price is reasonable, parking was a little tricky as it doesn't have a separate spot. The staff and owner here are lovely people and want you to have a great experience.

Love this restaurant!! Authentic Ethiopian in so many ways. Decor, music, the food!! And then there is TG; the friendliest and most welcoming of all people. She is a great host and an amazing chef. The vegetarian platter is my go to order here. If you are a coffee lover order it with your food and have it to finish your meal. The beans are roasted for your pot while you eat! The result is the best cup of coffee in London. Enjoy!!

One of my favorite spots in London and one of my favorite Ethiopian restaurants in general. I prefer it to several places I’ve tried in Toronto, including well-known restaurants on the Danforth. The owners are kind and lovely. The portions are generous. I always get the combination platter— Excellent variety, good portion size, not greasy, and it’s been great both when I’ve eaten at the restaurant and when I’ve gotten takeout. It’s not as inexpensive as some Ethiopian restaurants I’ve visited in other cities, but to me, it’s very worth it. You can taste the quality and care.

The food & ambiance we're terrific, but it did take a very long time to get anything; over 30 minutes to get our drinks. But we will definitely go back. As I said the food was terrific. Maybe a staff-member called in sick?

A hidden jewel, much like the culture that is on display at this fabulous restaurant. Be prepared for a warm welcome, by two of the kindest hosts I have ever come across. It's like dining with family, minus the drama. The food is rich with flavour, and the way it's meant to be consumed is an experience that will leave you feeling fulfilled. Generous portions, served with love and smiles. The ambience is strangely eclectic - the smooth jazz mixed with African tunes, or 'Ethio Jazz' as it's called, will leave you feeling nostalgic for a land you have never visited.
