Went with my husband for lunch. I got grill cheese and it was good. He got poutine and we agreed it was the best poutine he's had out in a very very long time. We will be back Edit: we have been back many many times. Still the best poutine in town. I also suggest the Philly cheese steak sandwich and begal with smokes salmon. Delicious.

I'm writing this on behalf of my Nana. She was having breakfast with my brother yesterday morning (September 16) around 11 in the morning. This place has always been a spot for us, as well as her boss and company's spot to eat for a years now. Everything was usually good until the horrible service they had then. Not only only did it take them a while to be served, they served patrons that had entered after them. Leaving them waiting, once they were served it took half hour to get the food, only to have a hair in one of the breakfasts. Being turned off from eating, they asked for a refund. For the one dish with the hair! They didn't eat it, who would!? The lady that served them, unfortunately the name escaped my Nana because the lady was so rude! Accusing her of being a free loader and being some kind of person that scams because they don't want to pay for anything. She offered to pay for everything that she ate! She just wanted a refund for the breakfast that they couldn't keep one of their employees hair out of, perfectly reasonable. However, the lady made a scene and embarrassed my family in front of many other customers. We used to eat here all the time, after the way she and my brother were treated in their restaurant we'll never be back, neither will any of our friends. Try Excellent Grill just down the street, been eating at their place for over a year without any form of disappointment. Their food is always fresh and good, as well as the service always has a smile.
