Harvey's

Wow. How disgusting! I was just at this location to pick up lunch and that will never be happening again. After calling and speaking to the "manager" Paul I am Absolutely speechless by the poor customer service and beyond terrible employees that are working at this location. My order was taken and all of the sudden "Sam" who was full of attitude rolled her eyes and said "double Angus with cheese" which was part of my order standing there continuing to roll her eyes waiting for the food she did not wash her hands and had one glove on! Not to mention she was scratching her face with both hands most likely from all the makeup caked on it. Right where all the food is prepared DISGUSTING!! Sam completely slopped my order together putting so much condiments on my order that she basically threw one of the burgers on a new take out paper because she had slopped so much on it!! IIhave thrown out $23.60 worth of food away because it's uneatable. After basically throwing my food at me I had had enough. I called the manager "Paul" as soon as I left this location to explain how terrible the service was and how Sam had such a bad attitude someone like that should not be working in the food industry. As I'm trying to explain what had happened with this employee Paul, the manager continued to cut me off talking over me explaining how this employee Sam had been working at this location for 3 weeks, this being her third week and that she had worked 70 hours in her first 2 weeks like that was my problem! Let's just say Paul is clearly not trained properly to be a manager because majority know that within the first 3 month's of starting a job there is a probation period. With having another complaint as major as this that employee should be fired without question. Paul says no and offers me ONE free combo thinking I would actually go to this location to have an ignorant teenager serve me with major attitude AGAIN, not likely! People like that should not be serving people in the food industry. Absolutely uncalled for and completely disgusting and unsanitary! But Paul thinks this is perfectly acceptable so I wouldn't return to Harvey's at 404 plaza in Newmarket unless you want terrible customer service, a clueless manager and ruined food!

Ok food for a fast food restaurant, good variety, but employees seem miserable and drained, and sometimes the topping are not fresh, last time the guacamole I got was old and bad. I would still prefer it over McDonalds if I had to choose, their meet and chicken are better.
