On February 2, 2018 I went to the Great Northern location. I ordered a spicy big crunch combo meal. The bun has changed to a less quality, the chicken was a little warm and the fries were stone cold and hard. I paid $10.19. The girl taking my order in the drive thru was very polite. Costs has gone up for unsatisfactory food. Will not be returning. 👎

$45 order between coworker and I. Only one item was correct. The fries were probably older than the old man who got our order wrong. Not to mention the wrap I got (that I didn’t order) looked like it was wrapped by a chimpanzee with no fingers.. I guess you can’t expect much, when you walk in and see they are hiring from the bottom of the barrel in a place like this.

I really like KFC, but the pieces seem to be smaller than they used to. The taste is amazing as usual, but a bit salty. I love the fries and gravy. I would go there just for that. The prices are more expensive than other fast foods.

Below average sometimes, cold food, wrong orders, staff seems not to care most days. A few care I think, but hard to tell. Owners need a reality check, and need to upgrade and repair that dive. I have called had office about this place, hope it does some good!

The cashier wasn't paying attention, and when my boyfriend ordered a burrito, she said, so you want chalupas? And almost ordered them! Thankfully we caught her. Also, thankfully I checked our bags because I had ordered a crunchwrap supreme and got a cheesy gordita crunch, and the extra soft taco I ordered wasn't in the bag!! Worst experience ever!!
