Waited in drive through after ordering two sausage and egg McMuffin muffins for almost 10 minutes. No apology. Same girl seemed very nonchalant the last two times orders have taken forever. Seems like no one cares or is being held accountable on night shift. New Incident - 10 Minutes for Latte order when there were two orders in front of me and they were taken care of within the first 5 minutes. Though the second order came back to say they were missing there french fries. Apparently they were given Three large drinks and only one french fry for the order. (It was a young couple) The staff seemed flustered due to undertrained or slow personnel, an understaffed shift and an increase in traffic in the restaurant. When one employee went to go get some help from who I would assume was a manager the person came back saying she was on the phone so couldn't interrupt which prompted the other employee to give a very audible sign of frustration.

Usually a long wait whether you choose drive thru or inside. I would recommend double checking your order every time as they frequently forget items or give you the wrong item. Super friendly service though, atleast they have that.

Three orders wrong or missing items in the past month. Specifically no hamburger patty on my Daughters cheeseburger in her kids meal the last time. How does anyone serve just a bun? Unacceptable! Manager took address to send out coupons after expressing disatisfaction of the multiple incidences and no coupons came. Quick drive thru however because they rush orders out only causes error to your order. This location definitely not up to standards.

Changed my star rating from a 3 to a 1. Been there 4 times in a row and everytime there were no muffins, or any other snacks for that matter. The last time there, the display was empty with the exception of 1 cookie, and 1 brownie. And the display rack was disgusting looking too. So.... I suggest, if your not going to fill it, at least clean it to make it look more presentable, and professional looking. Going back to the"other" guys in your town. You guys should check out their display rack. That's how it should be done.

The service was friendly, but they keep messing up on my bf order. The last 4/5 times we've been, his DBL QTR BLT has only had 1 patty and only one partial slice of bacon! We've gotten into the habit of checking his burger before we leave the store. By the time they fix his burger though, the rest of us have cold food! This location is in need of better food prep training, and for the kids in the back to actually pay attention to the job at hand so they get it right the first time.
