Had lunch here today. Friendly waitresses and fast service. Our food was hot and tasted fabulous. There was a lot of choices on the Menu and we had a hard time deciding. Quarter chicken dinner was yummy though!

Cold venue, heater blowing cold air.......they must be saving money all round at this venue. Friendly attentive waitress. Very Tiny portions......my 5 year old grandson could have eaten two of these. I was so hungry after the meal that I went into their take out section and threw good money after bad and bought another portion! Bad me! While I was their there was another complainant who had had the same experience and the manager gave him more free meals. It's been 10 years since I was in A Swiss Chalet and it will be another 20 before I go back! The two stars are for the waitress.

Food tastes very homemade and is fair priced. I rated this restaurant 3 stars because the waitress mixed up our order the first time it took a while to come the second time and when we asked for dessert the waitress spilled chocolate sauce over it. We were not checked upon to make sure everything was good after our food was served to us

If you order a take out meal, the prices are ahead of you up on the wall. The meal includes a soft drink or water. The worker behind the counter assumes you do not want a beverage and takes the $1.15 from your bill. If you ask for a beverage she then announces you owe an extra $1.15. However you do not know she has taken it from your bill. How embarrassing is this as you ask her to explain what has taken place. Meanwhile there are numerous persons behind you waiting service. I can certainly do without SWISS CHALET

Lots of new menu items. Usual warm, friendly service and generous portions.
