Delicious food and comfortable atmosphere. Service was friendly and attentive. The fresh sourdough bread served with balsamic vinegar and olive oil was especially delicious. $1 per ounce house wines.

Really good meal. Some really traditional items. The menu but also some yummy Alts that stand out. One thing to mention, I took a star off because on their website there is no mention of after 7:45 it's a late night menu which is still good but is missing some key features. I had the duck mousse that was light and perfect. I was worried about the toast ratio to mousse but the last bite of toast held the final fleeting dollop of mousse. For mains I had a great fish and chips... I mean it was well done so nothing funny to write about it. Desert was a sticky toffee pudding with a yummy ice cream. Really well done and sweetness was balanced. We also ordered a round for the kitchen from the menu. Let's face it, those people back there need to put up with hot Temps, shitty food mods and general hard conditions, for ten bucks we sent them refreshments. You should too. The service was pretty good.
