I have never left a review, quite honestly, but my experience here was the worst I've had in my entire life (keeping in mind that I've never gotten into an argument with a cashier before). I came to this location, and the first thing that happened, I accidentally stood at the wrong side of the cashier, and she yelled at me very rudely that it was on the other side. I mean, I get it, sometimes you've just had a bad day, I have them too (I don't take it out on others though, especially not customers). She then calls over another cashier because some people showed up in line behind me. With this, I get mover back over to the "wrong side" I was originally standing on. Now this girl, she asks me what I want, and I said "Can I please get a jalapeño burger combo?" And she goes "what kind of burger"? (As in mama, papa, teen, etc) and I said the one I wanted, then she goes " is that all?" And I said, "no, instead of normal fries, I'd like the sweet fries please" and she goes "okay is that all". The tone she was using with me was very sassy, and annoyed, and if I ask her to repeat what she'd said, she got very aggravated at me (I have an ear infection and can't hear very well). She immediately proceeded put the payment into the debit machine without even waiting for a response or for me to finish, and I found it very strange that she didn't ask what kind of drink I'd wanted, but thought maybe she would do it after she rung me up. So, I waited for my order, and when I got it, there wasn't a cup for the drink or dipping sauce for my fries, so I said exactly this: " oh hey sorry what about my drink ?" and she SNAPPED. She started yelling and telling me I didn't order a drink and that if I wanted one I should have paid for one (and I highly doubt that I paid around $13 or over, something of the sort on just fries and a burger), so I said, "I asked for a combo." And she yelled "I'M NOT ARGUING WITH YOU, OKAY blah blah blah!" and I said "you are arguing with me right now". She refused to give me my drink. See, where I work, if something like this would have happened, I would immediately go back and check the orders log, and if I had made a mistake with the order, I would apologize and fix it. Maybe she'd heard me wrong, or simply forgotten, I don't know, but I would NEVER do this to a customer. It seemed like she just wanted to cause drama. Well, made a very embarrassing scene for me in front of many people, and I never want to experience this again. The cashier also did not provide me for the receipt I asked for. I wanted to go get food from another restaurant, but I grudgingly took my order (as I had already paid for it), and left. I am never returning to this location ever again.

Expensive for fast food and IMO not all that much better than the alternatives. I do still like the Mozza Burger and they so have great onion rings.
