Consistently excellent. We moved to Windsor a little under 2 years ago and discovered this place right away. It is our go-to spot for dinner with our young family. My kids (ages 3 & 5) love their chicken satay, fried dumplings and the kid's "mini rice". I have had every one of their curries and they are all excellent. Tonight we tried the dessert and the mango ice cream is incredible. Food aside the ambiance is excellent and the service is superb. Well worth a visit.

There was a misunderstanding with a take out order and when I went back into the restaurant to have it rectified, the guy behind the bar was very rude. Apparently when I ordered two orders of sticky rice on his planet he thought I meant two sides of plain rice as opposed to the DESSERT with the same name. I had apologized several times for the confusion, but he said it was too late and they were closed. I was being very nice because unfortunately that's who I am, but he was the complete opposite. "I took your call, I know what you said" he could have handled the situation much differently. But instead he was very rude. I will never go back. Luckily he have my money back, but for making me feel like an idiot he should have kept it. Perhaps if you're going to put someone behind the bar, essentially as the greeter, maybe make sure they're trained in customer service, because what I experienced was anything but pleasant.

Love the food here! My favourite part about this place has got to be the atmosphere. It is a very nice place to get a meal. I just wish their menu was a bit more clear about what allergens are present in the food. The server was very helpful about going back to ask thr kitchen about ingredients, but it would make things a lot easier if these items were just listed on the menu. Many of the items contain fish sauce but do not list it on the menu. So, many items that would otherwise look vegetarian are in fact not. None of the soups are vegetarian and what seemed like very few mains were vegetarian. Which is quite a surprise when one of the "protein" options is "vegetable/tofu". As a vegan I did not feel very reassured that my meal did not contain animal by products. If you don't have any allergies or dietary restrictions this place has great food!! But if you do please plan to give yourself extra time so that you can iron out what you can and cannot eat with the server.

I would say this comes first in my list if i want to eat Thai food. Their Pad Thai is absolutely amazing. They have perfect spice level and it’s consistent over the period of time since I am eating at this place.

Good service. Nice atmosphere. The lighting was weird. Felt like a spot light was shining on the side of my face. Good was delicious..ordered Pad Thai and spicy level 2 and it was great.
