Prompt service. Orders served exactly as requested. Restaurant has a different layout which seems to reduce general kitchen and clientele noise. Excellent! We've been here twice, and our guests agreed both times that the noise level was better than most other Swiss Chalets. Highly recommended - one of the better Swiss Chalets.

I am only giving 4 stars as the best experience was deal with a the person who served us. His name was Nick. After a terrible experience wad had from the girl at the front door? He turned our experience from the worst to the best? He made us feel welcomed, was very polite ,helpful and professional. Seems he has been there forever. Always try to sit in his area.

My first visit to this location. I was with my brother who has dined there many times. Staff were prompt, very courteous and when we left, they said cheery goodbyes. Washroom was clean. The food was excellent ...particularly the Pesto Chicken. Restaurant appeared clean and well maintained. Booths were comfortable.

This is the absolute worst Swiss Chalet anywhere. When ordering delivery that comes from this store they never (not one single time) get it right. The food looks like it was dropped in the floor, the rolls are so hard you could use them as hammers, they "forget" their insanely priced pie and take so long to show we frequently assume they aren't coming. Sitting up to the store isn't much better. You have yell to get an employee to the take out resister and they always give the impression you are interrupting their day when you want to order food from the company that pays their wages. They get the order wrong here more often than not as well. You can if course eat in the dining room. The servers are either unintelligible or so apathetic they might as well be unintelligible. But at least you can send the food back immediately when they screw it up. Avoid this location if you enjoy food.

My family and I visited this place and we loved it. The servers are very nice people especially our server was very accommodating and respectful. The room was clean and the food was nice. Definitely I recommend this place.
