Friendly, helpful staff. Table service. Been going here regularly for over a year and they have only ever made a mistake on my order once (corrected it with not trouble).

They were having tasting session offering free hamburgers for the customers. There range of seriously chicken is apparently expanding. My favorite in this range is the jalapeno, guaco, crispy chicken.

McDonald's generally delivers fair customer service. However today, a very very cold day in Toronto, the men's washroom was not in working order. I witnessed several male customers quite frustrated. I asked to speak with the attending Manager with no avail. The Manager passed the message that there are no alternative. Moreover, the Manager did not even have the courage to tell me or the male customers in person. Whomever is the franchise owner of this particular location needs to know. Maybe a regulatory body should and will be notified of this. Customers were not impressed with this McDonald's location today.

This location is clean and bit calm then other locations inside restaurant but staff is bit slow although they are friendly. Drive-thru is always busy during weekends long lineups. Overall not bad experience.
