Customer service was good, if I was rating solely on that, this would easily be 5 stars. The food was standard Harvey's quality. The restaurant area was so dimly lit, if there hadn't been other people sitting at the tables, I would have thought they were closed. The tables and chairs were clean, but the counter for straws, napkins, salt, pepper, etc was nearly empty of everything but straws (and had no napkins). The washroom was absolutely disgusting. The toilets were covered in both kinds of human excrement, toilet paper all over the floor. The soap dispenser doesn't work, so good luck washing your hands.

I really liked Harvey's - it was not your typical fast food buger place. The service was great you can tell the girl working the register was a people person. I had the original Harvey's burger with cheese, I had lettuce, tomato, mayo, relish, mustard and onions added - the buger was great. I had pontoon which I really enjoyed. They make an awesome chocolate shake.

It's just another fast food place (without the fast) to get food when you're too busy to cook.

This used to be one of the best burger places to go to. Quality has gotten worse of the last few years. Seems like every time I try this place the food is cold. Not cooked to order anymore.

30 mins after ordering, i didnt even get my veggie burger, infact wasnt even on the grill. Waste of lunch break. Bew hires contaminate the utensils, and management is poor. Wont be back.
