first to start off, service is extremely slow. This is one of the slowest A&W restaurants I’ve been to, even when they’re not busy they like taking their sweet time gossiping within one another. Customer service is very unprofessional, they use to have better staff but the ones working the restaurant now are very unapproachable. There is a tall girl that looks mixed, she ended up taking my order and she seems untrained, Unprofessional, rude and annoyed. I won’t be returning back to this location and will also be complaining to head office about the constant inconsistent customer service at this location. There’s 3 people working an evening shift and 2 working overnight. This makes no sense and shows manager is very stingy! Being understaffed explains to as why their service is extremely slow. This week will be my last visit to this location and will tell others to not visit here either

Went to this location to use a valid coupon, Teen & Mama Combo, $10.99. Price came to $14.51. When I explained that is not $10.99 plus tax they told me their prices went up and I have to pay more. I refused and ended up speaking to their team leader from the employees cell phone. She too provided no legitimate reason they could not honor the coupon price. After over 15 minutes wasted and 2 customers who left without being served they concluded they would not honor the price. Went to Harvey's instead and immediately wrote this review. Addition: Got a call from the owner who apologized for what happened and gave me a free teen burger. Nice to see an owner follow up on a complaint even though the teen burger wasn't the combo I wanted.

After waiting half an hour uncooked sausage and eggs and cold coffee. Also very rude customer service. Will never back again

Generally happy with the food and service.

"fast" food. Would have been quicker to walk to the McDonald's down Islington.
