Our office staff are regular customers of Artemis and we order lunch here often with no order being under $50-$60+. Lately, the consistency and quality have been lacking so we took a "break" from Artemis. Today - we decided to give Artemis another shot and were extremely disappointed. We ordered split pea and ham soups only to receive cauliflower soup. All the fries included in the meals were soggy due to being put in the containers hot with no ventilation holes. The gravy for the fries was thin and oily and hardly tasted like gravy. The hamburgers bun was hard and crusty on the bottom. We also requested no tomato and onion on the rolled pita sandwich only to receive both tomato and onion on said sandwich. When we called to express our disappointment just as a heads up, the older woman who works there answered and said to bring the food back. We let her know we are limited to a 30min lunch and spent that 30min waiting for our food in their restaurant so that wasnt possible, we just simply wanted them to be aware of our negative experience. She then got snotty and said there was nothing they could do for us and basically brushed us off. We will not be ordering again from Artemis.

Food is Great! Service is painfully slow and unorganized. Good place, if you are the patient type.
