Food quality is great, quantity is under question ( I ordered the double leg meal. Legs were small. If it wasn’t lunch i guess I would have to order some more food) The place is great decor and atmosphere wise. The staff are awesome, very helpful and friendly. Food came out perfect and didn’t take long. I tried Nandos in many cities and they have good standards and quality. Prices are little bit over. For a lunch for two with 5 wings plate as an appetizer and two meals with 2 sides each and a drink will cost 50$ something.

10/10. Would eat again. Went there for the first time today and really enjoyed it. The employees were super friendly, and you could tell the manager (owner?) really cared about the guest experience. The food was fantastic. Service was fast too. Thank you for the great first experience.

First time trying Nando's. People were very friendly, food was horrible. Ordered take out which took 18 minutes, so a little slow but okay. The food however was very disappointing, both orders of chicken were fatty and greasy, my wife's sides were good (mashed and veggies) but both of mine were stone cold (corn and fries). I too like the sauce but the chicken quality was probably the worst I have ever had. I can say the dog enjoyed the chicken though. Quick update, the owner did send me a very nice reply and an offer to try them again at their expense. I have passed but I do respect their reply and offer.

I will attest to the other positive comments about the customer service at this location. They are upstanding and ready to alleviate any issues before you even have a chance to say anything. I was very impressed by their efforts to correct a mistake on their end, and left feeling very good - and, the food is delicious (which is certainly a nice bonus)!

Walked in and stood/walles around for 10 minutes, no employee acknowledged us, had to sit ourselves and go hunting for menus. What I think was the manager (or supervisor this evening) is a hot mess. 2 people at our table got their food and after watching her walk past our food under the heat lamps 3 times in a row, she began cleaning a table, I went up to her to ask about our food and before I got any words pit she rudely shushed me by saying "just a sec". Then after I asked if that was our food waiting she got a bus boy to run oir food to us. She runs around making herself look busy/important while she bosses everyone else around. The food was fine (though nothing like a real Nando's), but customer service makes the whole experience of eating out. This experience completely lacked any shred of customer service.
