An old lady was serving my boyfriend and our friends for a late lunch and it was one of the most awful experience we ever had. She was rude, and full of attitude. I went to the front desk to ask for a pen. After she finally acknowledged me and says "Can I help you" I said "Can I please borrow a pen?" I smiled and waited patiently as she scoffed and walks ti the other end and pulls out a couple of pens and throws them on the counter and says rudely "Now go." I walk all the way over to the other side where she was and picked them up and thanked her. Trying my best to keep my cool. We waited for over 45 minutes for two plates to come out at once and the only time she was nice was when we left. Never again.

My wife and I had dinner and the food was very good. Our waitress was very accommodating and friendly. Prices were well aligned with restaurant pricing. Their deserts are delicious. You won't be disappointed.

It's a shame that I have to put a star to rate this restaurant. Never have I see one run so poorly. Ordered ham breakfast , received bologna, no notice of the changing my order, no price difference, and when owner gives you coffee, only half cups, never have I recieved a full cup, a refill, and at $2.00 wow. And where today do you go, to a restaurant, and not receive a copy of your order ( check) ? And when you pay your bill, count your change, many time been short of change recieved , and by the owner. Owner needs to go back and learn the busness of owning a restaurant. This place is rude to to the residents that contribute to the business, on a year round base, shame on such service. If your heart is not in the people that care to contribute, take a loss and sell. Sad Minden has come to this.
