Take forever to get food. Even a coffee is taking over 5 mins to get. Just saw an employee tell a customer to go back and make their own coffee! Some guy came in and was waiting outside for his order for almost 20 mins before coming inside asking for it. They get a lot of orders wrong as well. And between 3 and 4am they do this "system change" thing where they're closed for an hour to switch from dinner to breakfast. Funny how no other McDonalds does that. Don't know what's going on there.

Closest location to RVH (Hospital) and Georgian College. Nice new facility in the north end of Barrie. Entrance is kind of wonky and parking is weird but meets your needs for Mickey Dees. Wheelchair accessible. Has ordering kiosks as well.

I do not recommend Dunlop Street McDonald's in Barrie. This evening I waited 15min at the speaker waiting for my order to be taken. When the girl finally spoke she didn't even offer an apology for the wait. When I got to the window to pay, I waited another 10 min and no one came to take my payment. At this point, I was fed up and just left. Unbelievable poor service. Went to the Cundles location and was in and out in 8 min which included waiting for fresh meat&chicken to be cooked. Excellent service at the Cundles location but the worst I have ever experienced at the Dunlop location. I gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me leave it blank.

Really hate the new screen ordering system. It takes twice as long to get a simple order. In this case a coffee. Why should I have to lineup in a queue with a number for a simple coffee.

Just visited the McDonald's right off the 400 and Duckworth. They were amazing. Such helpful and kind staff. Clean dining room and quick service. Went the extra mile to really take care of their customers. The best experience I've had at a McDonald's in a long time.
