First time I was here there was some issues in the kitchen a table next to us had there steak undercooked and then we ended up getting ours over cooked. None the less it was corrected, the meal was discounted and free desert was given. The second time there they were packed as it was homecoming for Queens. It was chaotic but the meals were perfect and filled with flavor I'm eager to have again. The biggest issue I find with this location is the long walk to the dinning room band that it doesn't appear to be that friendly in other ways to those with mobility issues. That a side they correct any issues, they are polite, respectful, and courteous, and will go above and beyond to ensure you have a great meal and a great experience.

Service was outstanding. Steak was great, one of our party's steak wasn't done as requested. Sent back twice but still not what was wanted. Management steeped in and took care of the bill. They try very hard to make you happy. I'll gladly go back

Went there a couple of weeks ago for my significant others' B-Day. Have been there before and the service and food are always excellent. The steak with the coffee grains on top was superb, just as the waiter, who was awesome, had claimed. Veggies and drink were perfect. Was given a basket of bread which we enjoyed while waiting for our meal. Had a side of garlic bread with cheese. It was incredible. Very tasty!! We both enjoyed our meals immensely. The waiter was very attentive and accommodating. Will surely be back.

Very cozy place. It's hard to describe exactly how they give us such a nice environment for eating. Between the nice staff, lighting, and obviously the food it gives you an overall awesome experience. You won't want to leave and they won't force you. Keep it up Keg!

Ored the lobster (two tails). A tad over cooked, making it a little dry and not as fluffy looking as I've had before. The rest was good. The service was decent.
