Upon arriving we we're not sure if you seat yourself or wait, after a minute of waiting the waitress motioned to us to go sit down...no words! We had never been before, so didn't really know what to do and how to order, the waitress came over...again.. no words!! She put the menu down with another paper. We figured out what we wanted and how to order on our own with no help at all from our server.

Probably one of the worst all you can eat and sushi in Kingston. Wait time is very long, we didn’t receive everything we ordered and they kept telling we would receive it later as it’s from the kitchen. But it took so much time we just ended up leaving half full after two hours. I wouldn’t recommend this place, the sushi were poorly done. The waitress seemed overwhelmed, which is probably explaining why the service was poor, but then what do you expect when you only have one waitress for the entire restaurant.

Awful awful. Decided to try for thr second time (give them another chance) used skip the dishes. Poor driver had to wait 30 mins for my food. Sushi was good but my noodles were way over cooked and mushy. I odered calimari and shrimp tempura which i had to throw away it was all soggy. I called to let them know. The girl on the phone was not helpful. The first time i was there it took them 45 minutes to get me a salad..when i finally got it..there were 2 strands of seaweed. I thought it was a joke! Dont go there. Waste of time.
