This was our first visit to the Byron Freehouse. Good selection of draft beers. Our server, Cassie was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Piping hot food and sumptuous flavours were the perfect start to our evening. The menu may not have a sprawling selection, but it allows them to focus on making each dish that much better. We will definitely return.

I met up with some friends here. The new food menu looks great. I had the deep fried dill pickles which were totally worth it. The staff was very friendly to our group. I'm definitely go back again some time.

Great dinner out with family. Place wasn’t busy so server let us chose table. Sever was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone in my family was happy with the food they ordered. My burger was cooked really well and the Mac and cheese side was good. My sister’s salmon was cooked right, same with my mom’s fish and chips, my bother really liked the amount of meat on his turkey sandwich and my dad’s steak was cooked exactly to how he likes it. We’ve been here a few times and will definitely continue to come here!! Great job kitchen staff. :)

Visited yesterday with my daughter and both of us had the special, buffalo chicken wrap with fries. It was fantastic! Great food, excellent service. We were so impressed we came back today and we both had the fish and chips. Again very impressed. Homemade slaw and tartar sauce, some of the best fish and chips we've had. Next time we are in the London area this will be our first stop!

Atmosphere is always nice. They will accommodate larger parties and though always busy, never too loud of overwhelming. Food never disappoints! Good selection of drinks on-tap. Would not compare it to a Beertown in terms of drink selection. They do a good job of mixing up the specials both for food and drinks on tap. Highly recommend. Parking can be a bit tricky!
