Unless your journey into London has been planned, including where you are going to eat, then you will need somewhere to rest and eat after a while. This place is ideal for no fuss diners who want to be served as quickly as possible and be out just as quickly. It can be busy depending on the time of day and staff are reasonably fast at serving. The food is as expected for a fast food restaurant with a good variety of choices on the menu. Not a place to linger, so eat, drink, relieve and get back to your busy day. Enjoy.

Popped in as a last minute thing. Service wasn't with a smile from any of the staff. Presumably just a bad day, because the speed was also awful! The place was really very empty but you'd have thought the staff were overworked and super busy from how we were treated and the speed of service. Probably not always that bad, but I won't be back to chance it, there's other local prezzos where I've had better experiences (plus the others do accept the taste card) .

Hi went to Prezzo in Trafalgar Square yesterday with my sister, brother and his partner we ordered food and had we not been in a bit of a hurry to get to the theatre would have complained about the food. My Sea bass was very dry and lacked any flavour, my brother's spaghetti and prawn dish was more like hunt for the king Prawns (3 prawns in total) my sister ordered the chicken and avocado Caesar salad again lacking in chicken. My brother's partner ordered the Salmon dish which came with a creamy sauce which really should have been put in a little pot so the customers can decide for themselves if or how much sauce they want to use. To top it of the Fire alarm went off and the staff were running around trying to turn it off, NO one made any announcement to say sorry for the alarm but please be assured that it's just the test alarm and no need for anyone to panic. NOT GOOD
