Vibe, great. Staff, great. Very attentive & nothing too much trouble. Remember to tip generously. Prices can be steep as is usual to Fridays, especially for a larger family but tasty and good value menu. Loads of things are covered in their famous Jack Daniels sauce, which may or may not be to your liking, but still plenty without. Bottomless drinks on offer if having coke zero, diet or lemonade. Free toilets. Good location, right near all the action.

Went here on Chinese New Year as all the restaurants were packed in Chinatown. It was very busy so we had to queue for a little bit, it wasn't too long a wait though. Nevertheless, we were served by very friendly and attentive staff. And the food, as always, is amazing and portions are really quite generous! I always love coming to TGI Fridays.

Service was quick or they tried to make it quick judging that it was a full house. Servers were polite. I take away two stars for the fact that the bar was dirty and they didn't bother to properly wash the glasses they used. Ordered only 2 drinks one for myself and my husband and that was enough not to order again. We were seated at our table and only stayed for the appetizers. One nacho plate to share which was good and served quickly. Avoid the bar and you'll be fine. If you're planning to drink I suggest going somewhere else.

Great burgers, juicy with wonderful bbq flavour coming through! Good attentive service. Toilets very dirty unfortunately - please work on this as we want to eat here again on our next trip to London!

Had the best meal with my other half. Came to London for the weekend and absolutely loved my fajita. The chicken was on point. Thank you josh our waiter who was so nice to talk to and was down to earth. I’d recommend coming here. I got a starter and main and a nice “Long Island ice tea” drink.
